SeminarsBehaviour SeminarsUnderstanding dog behaviour is something that humans need to learn. It is important we appreciate that a dog does not think and act as we do, and as such their ways of behaving and communicating may prove difficult for us to understand. In order that we may communicate with our dogs, we need to understand the way they think in order to understand why they behave as they do! Behaviour problems can arise when the structure within a household is out of balance and both owner and dog are struggling to communicate with each other. Problems may also arise from many other issues and recognising what your dog is trying to tell you, and indeed how your own behaviour affects him, is a skill which all owners will benefit from. Progress Dog Training holds seminars which are designed to help owners gain the knowledge to help promote a healthy and happy relationship between owners and their dogs. You will receive handouts relevant to the subjects covered. You may benefit from attending a behaviour seminar if you:
