Puppy & Dog Training Course FAQs
Our weekly group sessions are specifically designed to develop your dogs focus and concentration, particularly around distraction. This means less time spent chatting and more on practical training – avoiding your dog (and you) getting bored! You can also access any other advice you need throughout your course and attend our Behaviour Masterclass where you can learn more about training your dog and their behaviour, to help you achieve overall success.

Every dog responds differently to training. While results can be seen reasonably quickly, progress depends on consistency, commitment, and the individual dog’s needs. Ongoing training after your plan finishes is recommended.
Payments are non-refundable once the training plan has started unless we advise that an alternative approach would be more suitable for your dog.
Payment must be made in full by your first appointment.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations will still be charged in full.
