Master Trainer (GoDT) with 30 years experience working with dogs and providing behavioural support for pet dog owners.
One to one sessions offer more specific help for your individual circumstances. With options available for dogs of all ages, these individual training sessions and Behaviour programmes will be held at home, in the park or any other environment where support is required.
Modern reward based techniques are incorporated into your training with a focus on encouraging your dog to produce desired behaviours on their own, learning to regulate their own emotions and improve their impulse control.

Home Training Session £70
1 x 60 minute session – all ages
At home, postcodes listed above
Puppies:
Suitable for the early days with your puppy this appointment is held at home, offering support on all puppy related issues while you are settling them in. You will receive advice to help with the initial stages of raising your puppy in their new home and if you are a first time owner you’ll find it a really useful boost to your confidence with the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
You can also book this appointment in advance of your puppy’s arrival. This will help you ensure their welcome home goes as smoothly as possible.

- Communication and Socialising

Adult Dogs:
Dogs over 6 months old may not need help with issues such as biting or house training but issues such as lead pulling, jumping up, or over excitement in the home may be of concern. This session is not suitable for Behaviour issues such as aggression, barking, reactivity, high level distraction or anxiety (see Behaviour programmes below)

Park Training Session £60
1 x 60 minute session – all ages
Held at Hall Place, Bexley DA5
Puppies:
Puppies should have been out socialising for a few weeks before attending one of these park training sessions. Session will introduce lead walking and recall basics.
Adult Dogs:
Basic training session to learn techniques for either Lead pulling or Recall. These sessions are for social dogs who need general obedience training. This session is not suitable for Behaviour issues such as aggression, barking, reactivity, high level distraction or anxiety (see Behaviour programmes below).
You will learn reward based techniques to help you with your training and gain an understanding of how best to communicate with your dog.

Training sessions are held at Hall Place in Bexley. You will receive email confirmation after booking with details of where to meet, what to bring etc.

Puppy Training Plan £175/£225
3 or 4 x 60 minute sessions
Puppies under 6 months
This training programme will give you (3 or 4) x 60 minute sessions (according to how many you book). Starting with basic training exercises at home and then in the park to help your puppy get off to a great start. Throughout your training you will gain a good understanding of dog behaviour and how best to communicate with your puppy. An example of what could be covered is detailed below but its a bespoke plan so you can discuss any specific needs you may have. Sessions are usually spaced 1-2 weeks apart but this is flexible depending on requirements/vaccination dates. This plan is for basic puppy training and does not cover aggression (see Behaviour programmes below)

‘HOME’ Programme
Behaviour Plan £195
Dogs 6 months +
This plan will cover any training requirements you may have within your own home or garden. You will receive an initial assessment of your dogs behaviour with practical training to help you put into place the exercises and changes you’ll need to encourage more positive responses from your dog. You will also receive a follow up visit after a month to ensure you are on the right path and make any adjustments/introduce any other training as required.
We will put into place the best training techniques and any enrichment activities that will be beneficial to help your dog overcome any anxieties or other behaviour problems that may be occurring. Most issues at home can be covered.

- Resource Guarding at Home
- House soiling

‘OUTDOOR’ Programme
Behaviour Plan £295
Dogs 6 months +
An intensive programme to help you with any behaviour issues you are experiencing outside of the home, including general training. You’ll learn how to see things from your dogs point of view so you can communicate effectively and get the most out of your training plan. Appointments are generally spaced 3 weeks apart (this may be extended if more time is required).
This bespoke programme uses modern positive training techniques tailored to you and your dog. It’ll show you What, Why, How, When and Where to put your training and behaviour modification techniques into place.
Sessions will be held in environments relevant to your training, using parks and other environments that will be most suitable for your circumstances.
As you move forward with your training, you can send video of your progress in between appointments via What’s app, to help you keep on the right track as well as checking in with any questions you may have. This support is available throughout your training plan.

Behaviour Plan £495
Dogs 6 months +
You may decide that you would like more sessions as you have a number of issues to work on. Perhaps there is training needed at home as well as in the park or even other environments such as street walking or busier locations. You may just like extended sessions for your at home or outdoor training plan to help you gain more confidence as you put your training into place with your dog. Appointments are generally spaced 3 weeks apart (may be extended if required).
This bespoke programme combines positive techniques tailored to you and your dog. It’ll show you What, Why, How, When and Where to put your training and behaviour modification techniques into place.
As you move forward with your training, you can send video of your progress in between appointments via What’s app, to help you keep on the right track as well as checking in with any questions you may have. Support is available for the duration of your training.

BOOKING INFORMATION
Training sessions are bookable online. Behaviour programmes/Puppy Plan will be booked manually via email/phone. Behaviour issues are not covered in General Training Sessions which will only incorporate the defined obedience training.
Home visits are available in the locations listed on the website. Parking needs to be available for home visits.
Please give 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel an appointment, otherwise it will be charged in full.
In most weather conditions outdoor appointments will go ahead. If conditions dictate it is best to reschedule this will happen without penalty.
